Lasagna with cream cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 box Lasagna noodles
- 300g of Ricotta cheese
- 500g frozen chopped spinach
- 250g Mozzarella cheese
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
- large bottle of meatless spaghetti sauce
Cook noodles according to directions on package.

Directions:
Boil spinach and drain. Add cream cheese, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and egg.
Spread noodles in bottom of well greased pan. Spread 1/2 of spinach mixture on the noodles and cover with mozzarella. Pour over 1/2 spaghetti sauce. Repeat layering.

Bake covered at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
