Does this mean you dont want
Does this mean you dont want my calamari cholent recipe?
Darren Sevitz
Executive Directer, UOS
Gosh, and for a moment there
Gosh, and for a moment there I was thinking we could grill our rubber and bugs in our kosher kitchens... I guess we'll need to keep going to the killer basket or ocean prawns places for now!
I'm only kidding, don't have a heart attack - even before keeping kosher I couldn't stand my food being smelly, tasting like rubber and/or staring at me! I think they're just the cockroaches of the ocean and I, for one, would not be eating cockroaches! Prawns and squid are not the most discerning, gourmet eaters in the ocean after all!
I know many will disagree with me... but that's a whole 'nother conversation innit!? No pretending you didn't see the alert and innocently filled up your trolley to the brim!
If a person does not have
If a person does not have even the most basic rudementary education re. kashrut, then one could follow Kosher Labelling to a T, which actually points to a major lack in Jewish Education (IMO).The same people would probably be targeted by J 4 J. If you do not know the why or how on keeping kashrut, my answer is, do not blame the UOS, get a couple of books on Judaism and STUDY!
