HAWAIIAN CHOPS
Lamb chops
1 cup of beer
1 small tin pineapple chunks
¼ cup soya sauce
½ teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup stock
1 cup oil
Mix above ingredients together and marinate chops overnight. Remove chops from marinade and brown in a pan. Cook up marinade and add chops to hot sauce. Simmer until tender.

The Ranch Beef are proud suppliers to Maxi Discount Kosher Butchery. Established by the Isakow & Feigin families in a joint venture, and have been operating since 1972. We are located near Delmas on the Mpumalanga Highveld.
The Ranch Beef company is known in the cattle business as one of the top quality producers of Zilmax free grained beef. The Ranch Beef family takes pride in the quality and consistency of their beef, which is produced just as nature intended.
We only feed a diet consisting of home grown maize silage, maize and by products of the maize and sugar industries. Our feeds have never contatined any animal proteins. We produce natural beef for the highest quality demands of the kosher market, with the cattle being checked daily for health status.
